The method further includes determining the X CQIs based on the N time slots, and transmitting the CSI report including (i) an indicator indicating multiple precoding matrices and each slot in the set of time slots S is associated with one of the multiple precoding matrices, and (ii) the X CQIs.

1. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: transmitting, to a base station, UE capability information including information indicating that the UE supports two channel quality indicators (CQIs); receiving, from the base station, a radio resource control (RRC) message including information indicating to report the two CQIs for a subband; receiving, from the base station, a channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) associated with a CSI report; and transmitting, to the base station, the CSI report associated with N4 doppler-/time-domain (DD/TD) units, wherein N4 is a number of DD/TD units, wherein the CSI report includes a first CQI and a second CQI, wherein the first CQI is associated with a first slot corresponding to a starting slot of the N4 DD/TD units and first precoder matrices related to the first slot, wherein the second CQI is associated with a second slot and second precoder matrices related to the second slot, and wherein the second slot corresponds to a starting slot of a second half of the N4 DD/TD units.
