The VAL Id cluster list comprises one or more VAL Id cluster entry, and wherein each VAL Id cluster comprises at least a VAL user identity, VAL service identity, and VAL application identity. The SNM client further receives, from the SNM server, create notification channel response indicative of successful creation of the notification channel and notifies the VAL client about the successful creation of the notification channel associated with VAL Id cluster list.
