Provided is a signal transmission method and device for User Equipment (UE). The signal transmission method for UE includes: receiving information for determining an uplink/downlink attribute of each frequency domain resource in each slot/symbol transmitted by the base station; determining the uplink/downlink attribute of each time-frequency resource according to the information for determining the uplink/downlink attribute of each frequency domain resource in each slot/symbol; and performing signal transmission according to the determined uplink/downlink attribute of each time-frequency resource.
