Email Signature Generator
Make a clean, professional email signature in a minute. Pick a layout and color, fill in your details, then copy it straight into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or Yahoo.
What “made on your device” means for this tool
When you open this page, your browser downloads the signature maker itself, the same way any web page loads. From then on, your signature is built inside your browser, on your own device. Your name, phone number and other details are never sent to this website's server or to anyone else.
About pictures: email programs can't show pictures stored inside a signature, so a photo or logo has to be a link to an image that's already online (for example your website's logo, or your profile picture's address). The preview loads that picture straight from where it's hosted; this website never sees it.
What is saved: your details are remembered in this browser only, so you can come back and edit. Clearing your browsing data removes them.
What the server does see: like any website, the server that delivers this page sees basic connection details such as your IP address and which page was requested. Never your details.
Visit counting: this site counts visits with privacy-friendly analytics. No cookies, no ads, no tracking across other sites, and your IP address is not stored. It records which page you opened, your country, your device type, how long you stayed and when you download a result, never the file or anything in it.

Questions
How do I add the signature to Gmail?
Press Copy signature, then in Gmail open Settings, See all settings, and under Signature press Create new and paste. Scroll down and press Save Changes.
Why does my logo need an image address?
Email programs do not show pictures stored inside a signature. Use a link to a picture that is already online, such as the logo on your website.
Will it work in Outlook?
Yes. The signature is built from simple tables with inline styles, the format Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and Yahoo all keep. Steps for each are on the page.
Are my details saved?
They are remembered in this browser only so you can come back and edit. They are never sent anywhere.
