Where the numbers come from
Results come straight from each company's SEC filings. Insider trades come from the Form 4 each insider files. Price charts are TradingView's.
Insider buys stand out
Insiders sell for many reasons (taxes, pre-set plans). Buying their own stock with their own money on the open market is rarer.

Questions
Where does this data come from?
Company results and insider trades come from filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Congress trades come from House disclosures. Price charts are TradingView widgets.
What is an insider trade?
Officers, directors and owners of 10% or more must report trades in their own company’s stock on a Form 4 within two business days. The price and number of shares are exact.
Why do insider sales matter less than buys?
Insiders sell for many reasons, such as taxes or a pre-set trading plan. Buying on the open market with their own money is rarer.
How fresh are the prices?
Price charts come from TradingView and may be delayed. Results and filings update every day.
