Norgren recall: Suspension
What is wrong
Norgren Inc. (Norgren) is recalling one Kneeling Module, part number K990073. The air valve pistons have retaining snap rings in the manifold that may be improperly seated.
What could happen
An unexpected loss of suspension air bag pressure while driving would result in an abrupt reduction in suspension height, potentially increasing the risk of a crash. A loss of suspension air bag pressure could also occur during vehicle servicing, increasing the risk of injury to maintenance personnel.
The fix
Norgren has notified the purchaser and provided them with a snap ring reset tool, free of charge. Owners may contact Norgren customer service at 1-303-794-2611.
