Dutchmen recall: Fuel system, gasoline
What is wrong
Dutchmen is recalling certain model year 2012 voltage travel trailers manufactured from january 3, 2011, through july 8, 2011, and manufactured with fuel supply and fuel return hoses that may contain a splice in the fuel line.
What could happen
Lines that contain a splice may leak fuel, which could result in a potential fire.
The fix
Dealers will inspect the fuel lines between the fuel tank and the generator. If a splice is found, the fuel lines will be replaced free of charge. The safety recall is expected to begin during august 2011. Owners may contact dutchmen at 1-574-537-0700.
