Google patents tool that matches your writing style to the recipient
The filing describes a system that analyzes your past digital interactions to learn how you typically communicate with different types of people. It then uses this data to adjust the tone of new messages or content generated by an AI model before sending them to the intended recipients.
In the filing’s own words
Implementations herein relate to a process that can include identifying context characteristics related to intended message recipients based on a user's input. User-specific conditioning data (USCD) is identified from previous digital interactions, relating to these context characteristics. The process can include identifying tonal characteristics within this USCD. A generative model then creates digital content incorporating these tonal characteristics, which is transmitted to the intended recipients, thereby personalizing the communication. Other implementations may be described and/or claimed.
What exactly they claim (claim 1)
1. A method implemented using one or more processors, the method comprising: identifying, based on an input received from a user, one or more context characteristics that are related to one or more intended recipients of digital content that is to be generated in response to the input, wherein the one or more intended recipients are different than the user; identifying, based on the one or more context characteristics, user-specific conditioning data (USCD) that is associated with the user, wherein the USCD is based on one or more previous digital interactions of the user with one or more electronic devices, and wherein the previous digital interactions are related to the one or more context characteristics; identifying, based on at least a portion of the USCD, one or more tonal characteristics of the one or more previous digital interactions, wherein the one or more tonal characteristics are associated with the one or more context characteristics; causing, based on the input and the portion of the USCD, a generative model to generate digital content that has the one or more tonal characteristics; and transmitting the digital content to the one or more intended recipients.
