1. A video processing method, comprising: acquiring optical flow information of a video, wherein the video comprises a sequence of frame images; extracting motion features based on the sequence of frame images and the optical flow information; extracting semantic features of at least one level of at least one frame image of the sequence of frame images; and determining a subset of frame images from the sequence of frame images based on the extracted motion features and the extracted semantic features, wherein a number of the subset of frame images is smaller than a total number of frame images included in the video.
