The corresponding condition is to be satisfied before the UE can communicate via a candidate cell of the RAN using the conditional configuration. The method also includes, after sending the conditional configuration and the corresponding condition, and before the corresponding condition is satisfied, receiving UE information from the UE. The UE information includes a preferred configuration, IDC assistance information, sidelink information, or MBS interest information. The method also includes, after the corresponding condition is satisfied, again receiving the UE information from the UE.
