The memory storing instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the electronic device to acquire first identification information written on an application package during an application package generation process; acquire second identification information that can have a different value according to the download route of the application package; generate authentication information based on the first identification information and the second identification information; and control the installation of the application based on the authentication information.
