πŸ”’ Files are never uploaded
What "never uploaded" means for this tool

When you open this page, your browser downloads the PDF tool itself, the same way any web page loads. From then on, all the work happens inside your browser, on your own device. The PDFs, Word files and images you add are opened, edited, converted and saved by your computer or phone. They are not sent to this website's server or to anyone else, so we never see them.

Want proof? Once the page has loaded, turn off Wi-Fi or mobile data. The tool keeps working, because it never needed the internet to handle your files.

Word conversion and text recognition run here too. Turning Word files into PDFs, PDFs into Word, and reading the text on scanned pages all happen on your device. The first time you read a scanned page, your browser downloads the text-recognition engine and language file (about 15 MB) from this website, the same way it downloaded the tool. Your pages are not sent anywhere.

Scripts inside PDFs never run here. Some PDFs contain hidden code or attached files. This tool doesn't run any of it, and it strips scripts and attachments from the pages in the PDF you download.

Nothing is kept. Your files, signatures and edits exist only in this browser tab. Close or refresh the tab and they're gone. Your download is the only copy.

What the server does see: like any website, the server that delivers this page sees basic connection details such as your IP address and which page was requested. It never receives your files or anything you type into them.

Visit counting: this site counts visits with privacy-friendly analytics. No cookies, no ads, no tracking across other sites, and your IP address is not stored. It records which page you opened, your country, your device type, how long you stayed and when you download a result, never the file or anything in it.
